AnMed Health Cannon Eastside Family Practice is located at 111 West Roper Road, Easley – just off of Highway 8. The practice is staffed with one family physician and two nurse practitioners.
Dr. Robert Person is a Board Certified Family Physician. He is a graduate of The University of Georgia receiving a BS in Biology with general honors in 1979. He earned his Doctor of Allopathic Medicine (MD) from the Medical College of Georgia in 1983. He completed his residency at Tuscaloosa, Alabama School of Medicine in 1986. Dr. Person served as a flight surgeon in the US Air Force from 1986 until 1992. He has specialized training in Allergy and Asthma patients.
Dr. Dahlhausen is a board certified family physician and is a graduate of Wright State Medical School in Dayton, Ohio. He has been practicing medicine for 20 years.
Trang “Sam” Lusk, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, BC-ADM, received her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed a special internship at the Endocrinology Specialists group in Greenville, South Carolina. Sam is board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center with a specialty in Family Medicine. She is also Board Certified-Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) from the American Association of Diabetes Educators. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and South Carolina Nurse Association Advance Nurse Practitioner chapter. She currently serves as an elected board member, education coordinator and speaker for the Upstate Nurse Practitioner Association. Sam is actively involved, advocating the improvement of the Nurse Practitioner profession at the state level in Columbia, SC. She is also preceptor for nurse practitioner students from Clemson University, Medical University of South Carolina, University of South Carolina and other universities. Sam has a special love for practicing diabetic care, performing minor office procedures, and keeps up with current treatments through continued study from the American Diabetes Association, American Association of Diabetes Educators, American Association of Nurse Practitioners Conferences, and the local chapter Upstate Nurse Practitioner Association. She holds undergraduate degrees in nursing and chemistry from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining Cannon Family Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner, her work experience includes Charge Nurse (RN), education mentor, and preceptor for nursing students in the Brain Injured, Stroke and Orthopedic, 98-bed unit, at Wake Med Rehabilitation Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina, a nationally accredited rehabilitation hospital; Charge Nurse (RN) in the Orthopedic unit of University Community Hospital, Tampa, Florida; and Chemistry lab teacher at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida.
Her hobbies include gardening, reading, water sports and hiking. She most enjoys time with family and especially her grandchildren. She is very active in her church, and serves in several leadership roles.
Renee Turner, FNP is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2018. Prior to her becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked for 15 years as a Registered Nurse, with the last 12 being at AnMed Health Cannon. Her background in nursing includes medical/surgical nursing, oncology, and occupational health, including worker’s compensation. She served 5 years at AnMed Health Cannon as employee health and wellness nurse as well as community wellness nurse. Renee also served as an adjunct clinical nurse instructor for Tri-County Technical College.
Renee can provide ongoing primary care and comprehensive medical evaluations for patients of all ages. She is passionate about providing occupational health care and women’s health care services. Her interests include cooking, traveling, camping, and spending time on the lake with her family.
Stacy Browder, FNP BC completed her MS in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in May of 2013. Prior to Cannon, her previous two years were spent working as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing Onsite Occupational Health Services and Inpatient Pulmonary Medicine.
